The Foxglove Room

The Foxglove Room
Today I was taken hostage by a nasty snow storm that has dropped over 30 inches of snow on the outside of all the doors to the outside world, effectively imprisoning me as a captive. So, I decided to try to make the best of the situation by taking some pictures I have been meaning to take for a while now. I must apologize, I took these with my phone's camera so already they won't be great, but in addition to holding me hostage, the snow storm, Juno, also messed with my light and so these pictures are the best I could do.
The Foxglove Room

The Foxglove Room, has kind of a rustic colonial style goin' on. Very old fashioned but so lovely. I am trying in my decorating to make the most of the old fashioned character built right into the building, I hope I flattered it in this room.
The Foxglove Room
The Foxglove Room, is the larger of our two available rooms and it has a queen sized bed, a closet, a dresser and a chair. But perhaps even better than the furniture are the views..... Which will be today, of winter storm Juno, in one of the hardest hit areas.

Tomorrow, I will share the other room we have available which will have pictures at least as bad due to the same reasons as the photos here in this post. And so I leave you with the last view from The Foxglove Room.
